Refaegen Lutchman

Refaegen has been a very keen businessman since a very tender age and ventured into selling various consumables and other products to his fellow pupils and other users whilst still at school. After school he ventured into retailing used cars, bakkies and trucks as part of a family business that is still operational till to date.

In 2012 Refaegen completed a program in business management, with a NQF level 6 rating. With his passion and eagerness for business and in particular, retailing, Refaegen decided to enrol for and complete his Diploma in Auctioneering with The College of Auctioneering. He went on to join BSL services during 2014 in order to gain experience in the auctioneering industry.

Refaegen then joined Deltagreen, where he was the operations and marketing manager. His functions included, inter alia, the collection and retailing of used cooking oil from various blue chip restaurant chains and selling it off to international exporters, who in turn converted the said oil into bio diesel. After that market took a massive dip Refaegen returned to the auctioneering industry and worked for 4 Dimension Auctioneers where he learnt more about the auction industry and more about the technological side of the industry.

Refaegen has expressed a very keen interest in the online auctioneering space, whilst still keeping the personal touch with all the valued clients. The Ndila venture is the next big venture and challenge which will enjoy Refaegen’s focus and energy to establish this entity’s rightful place in the auctioneering industry and build it into the a power house at the disposal of its clients.
